Missionary Patterson Hill is currently employed by the Church of God In Christ, Inc. as the Executive Assistant for the Chairman of the General Assembly and the Staff Liaison with the office of the General Secretary. She also serves as a pastoral office assistant, at Pentecostal Temple Church of God In Christ where she is an active member. Missionary Patterson-Hill passionately serves her church where is a member of the Missionary Board, Pastor’s Anniversary Committee, Media Ministry, Co-Chair of the Family Fellowship Committee, and a member of the Deborah Mason Patterson Memorial Choir. She serves as the Jurisdictional Secretary for the Guatemala Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction. 

Her most satisfying accomplishment was the completion and graduation from MAAI (Missionaries Auxiliary Awareness Institute) in 2013, which she considers to be the "greatest" class to graduate to date. Currently she is attending Union University with plans to graduate in July 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. 

Missionary Patterson Hill cannot help but be a servant because the legacy of service to God and the church runs deep throughout her family history. She considers it a blessing and honor to be, the Great-granddaughter of the founder of the Church Of God In Christ, Bishop C. H. Mason, the Granddaughter of the first elected Presiding Bishop, the late Bishop J. O. Patterson, Sr., the Daughter of the former Chairman of the General Assembly, the late Bishop J. O. Patterson, Jr., and the Sister of the current National Treasurer, Bishop Charles H. Mason Patterson, Sr. 

Missionary Patterson-Hill lives her life by Jeremiah 29:11 – "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.,” for her strongest belief is that her life is in God’s hands.
