DR. T. LYNN SMITH

Dr. T. Lynn Smith is a successful businesswoman with proven experience in both ministry and the marketplace. Her gift of collaboration and bridging gaps is evident in the slogan of her company Real Solutions of Georgia Inc. “Bridging the Gap One Piece at A Time”.  Real Solutions of Georgia (RSOG) is a business consulting firm that develops partnerships with schools, youth organizations, faith-based and institutions of higher education. Its mission is to empower its clients by providing leadership training that bridges missing gaps for individuals and entities that fail their mission because of unclear vision. 

Dr. Smith is an anointed spellbinding teacher, who leaves her audiences anxious for more. Her dynamic instructional delivery is rooted in a foundation of education, research and prayer that provides listeners with a great deal more than accurate teaching and singing. Dr. Smith is a certified LifeWorks Coach, author, musicologist, clinician, songwriter, organist and entrepreneur. Her diverse style in each of these areas has been the key that has opened opportunities for her to use her God given gifts and talents.

Dr. T. Lynn Smith specializes in providing training in the areas of Business and Leadership Development. Having completed the Appraisal Course training from Real Estate Informational Management School has better positioned her to understand the growing aspects of property management and real estate development.  On the Board Dr. Smith has served on the CAM and Construction Committees. As the Assistant Secretary for the Board, she assisted in the development of the property portfolio and fine tuning many of Boards projects.  Dr. Smith also serves as the Board’s liaison for Pontotoc, Inc.

By the end of 2024 Dr. Smith will complete her first interactive DVD entitled ‘The Directors Class with Dr. T. Lynn Smith. And by the Fall of 2025 Dr. Smith will complete her send book "No Ceilings." Her diverse style of reaching the “churched” and the “unchurched” has opened opportunities for her to use her God given talents. Her latest endeavor includes a quarterly show on the Black Women Empowerment (BWE) network entitled My Political Faith w/ Dr. T. Lynn Smith. This broadcast touches on topics that impact viewers political ideologies while challenging their faith as they navigate through the various seasons in their lives.
